Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with BALMUDA design North America LTD or purchasing BALMUDA design North America LTD products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with BALMUDA design North America LTD or to purchase BALMUDA design North America LTD products. Cancellation & Return Policy
BALMUDA design trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an "in stock" item purchased on our site, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with a store credit or a refund in the same method of payment you used to purchase the item. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any taxes paid, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Items that are custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited editions are not refundable, unless goods arrived damaged.
Cancellations of custom orders, made-to-orders, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items made within 7 days of submitting the order to BALMUDA design will be refunded 50% plus any paid delivery charges. Order cancellations will only be accepted by fax or via email. Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason after 8 days of the order date.
The return of custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items are not refundable due to the high cost of materials and craftsmanship.
Returns due to manufacturing defects will either be repaired or replaced according to our discretion. You must inform us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item and ship it back to us by UPS Standard Service within 14 days. We will pay the shipping costs. For refunds, we will issue the refund of your purchase within 7 business days of us receiving the item for the original purchase amount plus the shipping costs.
Shipment
If you place an order for delivery outside of the Canada and Japan, be
advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and
all other charges that may be imposed.
Terms and Conditions for out side of North America and Japan
Unfortunately we don't have any certified dealers outside North America and Japan.
Therefore we can't provide full customer support for our products.
But if you can accept the following Terms and Conditions, we can sell our products to customers outside North America and Japan.
Customer support
Our customer support means we will support damaged part from your using.
But if you got damaged part from your using, you have to pay for the part you need and shipping fee.
Manufacturing defects
Returns due to manufacturing defects will either be repaired or replaced according to our discretion.
You must inform us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item and ship it back to us by UPS Standard Service within 14 days. We will pay the shipping costs.
For refunds, we will issue the refund of your purchase within 7 business days of us receiving the item for the original purchase amount plus the shipping costs.
Order
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Return
Products cannot be returned unless defective.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, BALMUDA design North America LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. BALMUDA design North America LTD does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. BALMUDA design North America LTD does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
BALMUDA design North America LTD shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if BALMUDA design North America LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors
In the event that a BALMUDA design North America LTD product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, BALMUDA design North America LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BALMUDA design North America LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BALMUDA design North America LTD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by BALMUDA design North America LTD without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
