Shipping and Returns
Cancellation & Return Policy
  BALMUDA design trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an "in stock" item purchased on our site, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with a store credit or a refund in the same method of payment you used to purchase the item. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any taxes paid, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Items that are custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited editions are not refundable, unless goods arrived damaged.
Cancellations of custom orders, made-to-orders, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items made within 7 days of submitting the order to BALMUDA design will be refunded 50% plus any paid delivery charges. Order cancellations will only be accepted by fax or via email. Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason after 8 days of the order date.
The return of custom order, made to order, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited edition items are not refundable due to the high cost of materials and craftsmanship.
Returns due to manufacturing defects will either be repaired or replaced according to our discretion. You must inform us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item and ship it back to us by UPS Standard Service within 14 days. We will pay the shipping costs. For refunds, we will issue the refund of your purchase within 7 business days of us receiving the item for the original purchase amount plus the shipping costs.
